摘  要:本文依据《煤矿地质工作细则》“一孔多用”的原则,采用钻探钻孔与瓦斯治理钻孔相结合的方法,探明煤层的赋存情况及测定原始参数。在定向钻机穿煤施工过程中,由于云盖山煤矿二1煤层煤质松软,钻孔成型质量差,频繁出现卡钻现象,经研究及借鉴地面钻井跟管钻进的经验,对钻具进行了优化,成功实现了仰角跟管钻进工艺,有效的解决了穿煤期间卡钻问题,提高了钻探工效。According to the principle of"one hole multi-purpose"from"coal mine geological work rules",the method of combining drilling boreholes with gas control boreholes was used to find out the occurrence of coal seams and determine the original parameters.In the process of drilling through coal by directional drilling rig,due to the soft coal quality of No.II1 coal seam,the quality of borehole forming was poor,and the phenomenon of sticking occurred frequently.Through the research of mine specialized technical personnel,the experience of ground tubing drilling was used for reference,and the drilling tool was optimized.The tubing drilling process with elevation angle was successfully realized,which effectively solved the problem of sticking during drilling through coal and improved the drilling efficiency.
