摘 要:随着杜儿坪矿矿井开采逐步向井田边界延伸,最初的运输系统已经不能满足现有的生产及开拓要求,为保证矿井的的安全高效生产,需根据现有的实际情况对原煤运输系统进行优化改造。北区原煤运输系统较为复杂,采用“集中皮带+矿车+井底车场卸载+主提升皮带”的运输方式,期间与大巷辅助运输交叉运行,运力已无法满足现有的生产需求。因此对北区主运输系统进行分析,提出采用胶带机连续运输的方案,取消大巷矿车原煤运输,减少转运环节。经改造,提高了杜儿坪矿北区主运输系统运输效率,解决了与辅助运输系统之间相互影响大等问题,为矿井安全高效生产奠定了基础。As the mining of Duerping Mine gradually extends to the boundary of the mine field,the original transportation system can no longer meet the existing production and development requirements.In order to ensure the safe and efficient production of the mine,it is necessary to optimize and transform the raw coal transportation system according to the existing actual situation.The raw coal transportation system in the north area is relatively complex,and the transportation mode of'centralized belt+mine car+bottom-hole yard unloading+main lifting belt'is adopted.During the period,it intersects with the auxiliary transportation of the main roadway,and the transportation capacity can no longer meet the existing production demand.Therefore,the main transportation system in the north area is analyzed,and the scheme of continuous transportation of belt conveyor is proposed to cancel the transportation of raw coal in the main roadway and reduce the transfer link.After the transformation,the transportation efficiency of the main transportation system in the north area of Duerping Mine was improved,and the problems such as large interaction with the auxiliary transportation system were solved,which laid a foundation for the safe and efficient production of the mine.
