摘 要:采煤机冷却器散热分析可以精确预测和评估采煤机冷却器的散热性能,提高散热效率,降低能耗,提升采煤机的整体性能,散热仿真分析技术还可以缩短设计周期、降低成本、提高安全性和可靠性。本文以长春兴煤业常用的MGTY500/1180-WD型电牵引采煤机板式冷却器为研究对象,考虑冷却器实际工作时的状态,开展冷却器散热特性仿真分析。介绍了板式冷却器的结构组成和工作原理,建立了冷却器的三维模型和有限元分析模型,对冷却器进行了散热特性仿真分析。相关结果对长春兴煤业掌握采煤机冷却器的散热性能,发现采煤机冷却系统工作中存在的问题提供了技术指导,可以帮助该矿进行采煤机冷却器的维护和优化,提高其性能和使用寿命。Heat dissipation analysis of shearer cooler can accurately predict and evaluate the heat dissipation performance of shearer cooler,improve heat dissipation efficiency,reduce energy consumption,and improve the overall performance of shearer.Heat dissipation simulation analysis technology can also shorten the design cycle,reduce costs,and improve safety and reliability.In this paper,the plate cooler of MGTY500/1180-WD electric traction shearer commonly used in Changchun Xing Coal Industry is taken as the research object.Considering the actual working state of the cooler,the simulation analysis of the heat dissipation characteristics of the cooler is carried out.The structure and working principle of the plate cooler are introduced.The three-dimensional model and finite element analysis model of the cooler are established,and the heat dissipation characteristics of the cooler are simulated and analyzed.The relevant results provide technical guidance for Changchun Xing Coal Industry to master the heat dissipation performance of the shearer cooler and find out the problems existing in the work of the shearer cooling system,which can help the mine to maintain and optimize the shearer cooler and improve its performance and service life.
