马头洗选厂煤泥水处理工艺的研究与实践

摘　　要：为了达到简化工艺流程、降低生产能耗的要求,马头洗选厂通过煤质分析后对煤泥水处理工艺进行了改造。利用分级旋流器和叠层高频振动筛代替原有工艺,从而实现粗煤泥分级与脱泥,降低并控制入浮量。矸石磁选机尾矿利用浓缩旋流器和高频筛的组合进行提前截粗回收后,浓缩旋流器溢流和高频筛底流随浮选尾矿一同进入浓缩机。尾煤压滤结合新型助滤剂的使用,达到降本增效的目的。改造实施后,不仅带来了良好的经济效益,同时使马头洗选厂的煤泥水处理工艺更加完善,产品质量更加稳定。In order to simplify the process flow and reduce the production energy consumption,Matou Washing Plant reformed the slime water treatment process after coal quality analysis.The grading cyclone and laminated high-frequency vibrating screen are used to replace the original process,so as to realize the classification and desliming of coarse slime,and reduce and control the amount of flotation.After the tailings of gangue magnetic separator are intercepted and recovered in advance by the combination of concentrated cyclone and high frequency screen,the overflow of concentrated cyclone and the underflow of high frequency screen enter the thickener together with the flotation tailings.Tail coal pressure filtration combined with the use of new filter aids to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.After the implementation of the transformation,it not only brings good economic benefits,but also makes the slime water treatment process of Matou washing plant more perfect and the product quality more stable.
