摘 要:针对邢台矿选煤厂原煤泥化严重,粗煤泥环节入料中夹带高灰细泥,分级设备分选效率较低,导致尾矿“跑煤”问题突出的情况,本文采取多项措施,对系统工艺和设备进行优化改造,为了提高精煤回收率,结合自身煤质特点,从全系统角度出发,在不影响其他环节分选的前提下,尽可能控制入料粒度组成,选用高效率分级和脱泥设备,同时解开系统闭路循环防止细泥集聚,提高粗煤泥环节回收率。In view of the serious slime of raw coal in Xingtai Coal Preparation Plant,the high-ash fine slime is entrained in the feed of coarse slime,and the separation efficiency of grading equipment is low,which leads to the prominent problem of tailings'running coal'.In this paper,a number of measures are taken to optimize the system process and equipment.In order to improve the recovery rate of clean coal,combined with its own coal quality characteristics,from the perspective of the whole system,under the premise of not affecting the separation of other links,the particle size composition of the feed is controlled as much as possible,and the high-efficiency grading and desliming equipment is selected.At the same time,the closed circuit of the system is unblocked to prevent the agglomeration of fine slime and improve the recovery rate of coarse slime.
