摘 要:针对目前施肥设备吸肥通道吸肥量不稳定、水肥混肥的均匀程度低等问题,对文丘里管并联分布式多通道水肥一体化设备的工作特性进行研究。首先,通过FloEFD软件对文丘里管吸肥特性进行仿真,并通过最大吸肥量试验验证了仿真过程中相关边界条件、材料属性的合理性;然后,运用Fluent软件对混肥系统进行多相流仿真,确定管内水肥混合均匀性。研究结果表明:多通道文丘里管吸肥系统中的各通道吸肥量和水肥入口端的压差呈正相关;水肥在文丘里管内初次混合,在混肥桶内再次混合,可以增加水肥的混合均匀性。研究结果可为提高水肥一体化设备混肥系统的混合均匀性提供相关理论依据,具有较好的指导意义。Aiming at the problems of unstable absorption amount and low uniformity of mixed fertilizer,the working characteristics of multi-channel integrated water and fertilizer equipment with parallel distributed Venturi tube were studied.Firstly,FloEFD software was used to simulate the fertilizer absorption characteristics of Venturi tube,and the rationality of relevant boundary conditions and material properties in the simulation process was verified by the maximum fertilizer absorption test.Then Fluent software was used to simulate the multi-phase flow of the mixed fertilizer system to determine the mixing uniformity of water and fertilizer in the pipe.The results showed that the fertilizer absorption rate of each channel in the multi-channel Venturi system was positively correlated with the pressure difference at the inlet of water and fertilizer.Mixing of water and fertilizer in Venturi tube for the first time and mixing again in the mixing tank could increase the mixing uniformity of water and fertilizer.This paper provides relevant theoretical basis for the integrated irrigation system of water and fertilizer,and has good guiding significance.
