摘 要:为了能够收获多种叶菜,提高机械利用率,降低蔬菜收获成本,基于用户作业情景分析(Scenario Analysis,SA),提取用户不同情境下的实际需求;运用需求分析方法,获取用户需求层次模型;采用Kano模型(Fuzzy-Kano Model,FKM),对实际需求进行重要度计算;构建用户需求和设计要求关联矩阵,通过质量功能展开(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)计算设计要求权重;引入环境变量(Environment,E)扩展功能-行为-结构(Function-Behavior-Structure,FBS)模型,分析产品的功能-行为-结构与环境之间的关联,并进行功能求解和功构映射,从而对叶菜收获机进行部分构件和整机优化设计;运用集成SolidWorks Simulation仿真模块对关键产品部件进行模态有限元分析,完成叶菜有序收获机整机设计。基于SA获取的不同情景与实际农户需求作为设计要素,与多种方法结合可以系统地对叶菜收获机进行量化设计与仿真检验,能够减少叶菜收获机设计过程中的主观性和不确定性问题,使设计更加客观理性且符合不同情景下农户作业需求,为农业机械的研发提供设计思路。To design a small to medium sized orderly harvester capable of harvesting a wide range of leafy vegetables to improve machine utilisation and reduce vegetable harvesting costs.Based on Scenario Analysis(SA),the actual needs of users in different situations were extracted and a hierarchical model of user needs was obtained using the requirements analysis method.The Fuzzy-Kano Model(FKM)was used to calculate the importance of the actual requirements.Constructed a correlation matrix between user requirements and design requirements,and calculated design requirement weights through Quality Function Deployment(QFD).The Function-Behaviour-Structure(FBS)model was extended by introducing environment variables to analyse the correlation between function-behaviour-structure and environment and to carry out function solving and function-configuration mapping,and finally to optimise the design of some components of the leafy vegetable harvester and the whole machine.The integrated Solidworks Simulation module was used to carry out modal finite element analysis of key product components and complete the design of the leafy vegetable orderly harvester.Based on the different scenarios and actual farmers’needs obtained from SA as design elements,combined with various methods,the quantitative design and simulation test of leafy vegetable harvester can be carried out in a more systematic way,which can reduce the subjectivity and uncertainty in the design process of leafy vegetable harvester,make the design objective and rational and meet the farmers’operational needs under different scenarios,and provide design ideas for the research and development of agricultural machinery.
