摘 要:为优化改进基质覆盖式免耕播种机排肥装置在玉米耕作中的排肥效果,首先通过理论计算得出螺旋搅龙排肥装置结构参数,然后采用离散元法(EDEM)仿真螺旋搅龙排肥装置和样机试验相结合的方法,以排肥装置的排肥量为评价指标,研究了螺旋叶片直径、螺距和排肥轴转速对排肥量的影响,通过正交试验分析工作参数对排肥量的贡献次序。试验结果表明:螺旋搅龙排肥装置排肥量的范围在159.18~516.64 g/s之间,仿真与样机试验排肥量的平均相对误差为9.95%,螺旋搅龙排肥装置的排肥量随工作参数的增大而增大,工作参数对排肥量影响程度由大到小依次为螺距、螺旋叶片直径、排肥轴转速。仿真与样机试验结果的方差分析结论相同,符合设计要求,验证了仿真试验与数学模型的有效性。In order to optimize and improve the fertilizer discharging effect of the fertilizer discharging device of substrate covered no-till planter in corn tillage,firstly,the structural parameters of the screw churn fertilizer discharging device were derived from theoretical calculations,and the effects of the diameter of the screw blades,the pitch of the screw,and the rotational speed of the discharging shaft on the discharging amount were studied by the method of combining the simulation of the screw churn fertilizer discharging device and the prototype test using the discrete element method(EDEM)and taking the discharging amount of fertilizer of the fertilizer discharging device as the evaluation index.The order of contribution of working parameters to fertilizer discharge was analyzed by orthogonal test.The test results showed that:the range of fertilizer discharge of screw churn fertilizer discharging device was from 159.18 to 516.64 g/s,and the average relative error between simulation and prototype test on fertilizer discharge was 9.95%,the fertilizer discharge of screw churn fertilizer discharging device increased with the increase of working parameters,and the influence of working parameters on the fertilizer discharge in the following order:pitch,screw blade diameter,fertilizer discharging shaft rotational speed.The ANOVA conclusions of the simulation and prototype test results were the same,which met the design requirements and verified the validity of the simulation test and mathematical model.
