摘  要:为研究果园变量喷雾过程中雾滴沉积均匀性,以恒压变流喷雾试验台核心硬件装置为基础,搭建了恒压变流风送式果园喷雾机。通过双因素三水平析因设计试验,选出雾滴分布最均匀的因素水平组合,在此组合下进行了果树喷药均匀性试验,以验证所搭建喷雾机雾滴沉积均匀性。结果表明:当频率和占空比设置为5、0.5,行驶速度为1.1 m/s时,喷雾机在雾滴沉积采集装置的上、中、下3层雾滴沉积分布最均匀;喷雾机在喷雾压力0.3 MPa,频率和占空比为5、0.5,行驶速度为1.1 m/s,风速0.8 m/s时,喷头开启数目的变化基本不影响喷雾压力稳定性,使各区域雾滴沉积均匀分布。In order to study the droplet deposition uniformity in the process of variable spray on orchards,a constant pressure variable flow air driven sprayer in orchard was built based on the core hardware of constant pressure variable flow spray test rig.Through the two-factor three-level factorial design experiment,the factor level combination with the most uniform droplet distribution was selected,and the spray test was carried out on the fruit trees under this combination to verify the droplet deposition uniformity of the sprayer.The test results showed that when the frequency duty cycle was set to 5,0.5 and the driving speed was 1.1 m/s,the droplets deposition distribution in the upper,middle and lower layers of the droplets deposition collection device was the most uniform.When the spray pressure of the sprayer was 0.3 MPa,the frequency duty ratio was 5,0.5,the driving speed was 1.1 m/s,and the wind speed was 0.8 m/s,the change of the number of sprinkler heads opened basically didn′t affect the stability of the spray pressure,so that the spray droplets in each area were evenly distributed.
