摘 要:针对当前加气灌溉设备运行中溶解氧不稳定、加气装置与灌溉设备集成度低、灌溉系统固定致使其利用率低等问题,设计了一台加气灌溉设备,确定了气液混合泵的技术参数、节流释放器的结构和关键尺寸。选用西门子S7-1200型PLC作为控制核心,结合SIMATIC KTP700触摸屏作为人机交互界面,通过自主编写的LAD程序实现了智能化控制策略,同时采用PID算法实现了对灌溉出水压力的闭环调节控制。对加气灌溉设备进行性能测试,结果表明:水气体积比为15%、循环比例调节阀为17°的情况下,灌溉水含氧量为10.0 mg/L,灌溉流量为600 L/h,加气灌溉设备展现出良好的加气效果。通过调整调节阀开度,减小循环比例,灌溉流量最高可达660 L/h。In response to the issues of unstable dissolved oxygen,low integration of aeration apparatus with irrigation equipment,and low utilization efficiency of the fixed irrigation system in the current aeration irrigation equipment,a new aeration irrigation device had been designed.The technical parameters of the gas-liquid mixing pump and the critical dimensions of the throttle release valve were determined.The Siemens S7-1200 PLC was selected as the central control unit,along with the SIMATIC KTP700 touchscreen as the human-machine interface.An intelligent control strategy was developed using a self-written LAD(ladder diagram)program,while a PID algorithm was adopted to achieve closed-loop pressure regulation for irrigation water.Performance testing was conducted on the aeration irrigation equipment,and the results showed favorable aeration effects when the water-to-air volume ratio was set at 15%and the circulation ratio adjustment valve was positioned at 17°.Under these conditions,the irrigation water exhibited an oxygen content of 10.0 mg/L,and the irrigation flow rate was measured at 600 L/h.By adjusting the opening of the adjustment valve and reducing the circulation ratio,the irrigation flow rate could be maximized,reaching up to 660 L/h.
