摘 要:为了提高茶叶杀青理条机的成条率和成品质量,通过对茶鲜叶在杀青理条机理条部件内的运动受力进行深入分析,探索茶鲜叶在理条部件内的运动规律和受力情况;研究分析了茶鲜叶受到的支持力、摩擦力和阻力等因素对于茶叶条状和碎茶率的影响;利用自制燃气式茶叶杀青理条机试验台,通过单因素试验研究分析不同参数性能指标对茶叶理条效果的影响规律。其中,重点关注理条部件中锅槽凸起不同高度对碎茶率和成条率的影响规律。通过对不同凸起高度的理条部件进行试验研究和统计分析,得出理条部件的锅槽凸起高度在12 mm时杀青理条效果最优。为进一步优化茶叶杀青理条机的工作性能,采用正交试验的方法,对理条部件的多个参数通过不同的组合进行试验研究和统计分析,得出理条部件参数的最优组合为锅槽凸起高度12 mm、锅槽倾斜度90°、槽体数量12个。试验研究为提高茶叶杀青理条机的工作效率和产品质量提供了有益的参考。The purpose is to improve the tea striping rate and the quality of finished tea products in the tea finishing machine,and to explore the movement law and force of fresh tea leaves in the cutting parts through an in-depth analysis of the movement and force of fresh tea leaves in the cutting and sorting parts.The effects of support,friction and resistance on the strip shape and broken rate of tea leaves were analyzed.The influence of different parameter performance indexes on the effect of tea strip management was studied and analyzed by using the test bench of self-made gas-fired tea sorting machine.Among them,the influence of different heights of pot and groove protrusion in the trim parts on the broken tea rate and strip rate of tea finishing strips was emphasized.Through the experimental research and statistical analysis of the rib parts with different protrusion heights,it was concluded that the pot groove protrusion height of the strip parts was 12 mm,and the effect of finishing the strips was the best.In order to further optimize the working effect of the tea finishing strip unwinder,the orthogonal test method was used to carry out experimental research and statistical analysis on the multiple parameters of the strip parts through different combinations,and the optimal combination of the parameters of the strip parts was as follows:the protruding height of the pot and groove was 12 mm,the inclination of the pot and groove was 90°,and the number of tanks was 12.The research provides a useful reference for improving the work efficiency and product quality of tea finishing and sorting machine.
