摘　　要：为提高新医科背景下护理学专业学生的创新创业能力,立足实训,阐明创新创业教育在提高护理学人才综合素质、缓解就业压力等方面的重要意义,分析目前护理学实训教学中融入创新创业教育存在的问题,并从更新教学理念、优化课程设计、构建师资队伍、完善扶持和激励机制、多样化评价创新成果等方面提出了具体的改进策略与建议,以期为护理学专业创新创业教育模式改革提供有益的参考。To improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of nursing students under the background of new medicine,based on practical training,clarify the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship education in improving the comprehensive quality of nursing personnel and alleviating employment pressure,analyze the problems existing in the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into nursing practice teaching,and propose concrete improvement strategies and advice from the aspects of updating teaching philosophy,optimizing course design,building teaching staff,improving support and incentive mechanisms,and diversified evaluation of innovation achievements,so as to provide useful reference for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education model of nursing major.
