医患共同体视域下人文精神培育探析

摘　　要：医学实践不是医疗科技的单向度运动,而是蕴含着生命关怀的具有人文属性的活动。医学的人文属性要求医疗行为不仅要关注患者的自然生命,还要关照患者的社会生命和精神生命。导致医患共同体解体的根源是医学人文属性的缺位。医学人文精神是对医学人文属性的高扬,对新时代重构和维系医患共同体是十分必要的。医学人文精神的培育应通过合理恰当的方法,运用有效的载体,对不同对象进行差异化培养,并充分发挥环境对培育对象潜移默化的作用。Medical practice is not a one-way degree movement of medical science and technology,but a activity with humanistic nature that contains life care.The humanistic nature of medicine requires that medical behavior should not only focus on the natural life of patients,but also take care of their social and spiritual lives.The root cause of the disintegration of the doctor-patient community is the lack of medical humanistic nature.The spirit of medical humanities is the elevation of the humanistic nature of medicine,which is essential for the reconstruction and maintenance of the doctor-patient community in the new era.The cultivation of medical humanistic spirit should be carried out through reasonable and appropriate methods,using effective carriers to differentiate and cultivate different objects,and fully utilizing the subtle influence of the environment on the cultivated objects.
