摘　　要：目的评估5A护理模式对妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者血糖控制及母婴结局的影响。方法检索CNKI、CBM、万方、维普、PubMed、Web of Science等数据库中关于5A护理模式对GDM患者血糖控制、母婴结局及自我管理能力等影响的研究,检索时间截至2024年6月。对符合纳入标准的文献进行系统评价,通过计算均数差值及其置信区间进行判断。结果共纳入9篇文献,共有妊娠糖尿病患者795例。分析结果显示,相对于传统护理模式,5A护理模式在控制血糖水平、提高妊娠糖尿病患者自我管理能力、改变妊娠结局等方面具有较明显的优势,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相对于传统护理模式,5A护理模式可有效稳定妊娠糖尿病患者的血糖水平、提高妊娠糖尿病患者自我管理能力、降低母婴不良结局发生率,可加大力度进行推广,进一步扩大应用范围。Objective To evaluate the influence of 5A nursing model on blood glucose command and maternal and infant outcomes of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods Retrieve CNKI,CBM,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science and other databases have studied the influence of 5A nursing model on blood glucose command,maternal and infant outcomes,self-management ability and other aspects of GDM patients,the search time is up to June 2024.Conduct a systematic evaluation of literature that meets the inclusion criteria,and make judgments by calculating the mean difference and its confidence interval.Results Totally 9 articles were included,795 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus were included.The analysis results showed that,compared with the traditional nursing model,the 5A nursing model had obvious advantages in command the blood glucose level,improving the self-management ability of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,and changing the pregnancy outcome.The data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional nursing model,5A nursing model can effectively stabilize the blood glucose level of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,improve the self-management ability of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,and reduce the incidence of adverse outcomes of mothers and infants.It should be promoted strongly,and broaden its application further.
