摘　　要：研究根据天然气管道监控视频的特点,结合视频压缩编码技术,提出了一种监控视频优化编码方法及系统,包括采集监控视频,获取关键区域及非关键区域;获取变化区域;得到区域关注度;获取位置的重要性;获取趋势序列;得到像素值需变性;对序列更新、编码压缩,完成监控视频的编码压缩。为管道监控视频的编码压缩提供了解决方案。Combined with video compression coding technology,this study proposes a monitoring video optimization coding method and system based on the characteristics of natural gas pipeline monitoring videos,including collecting and controlling video,acquiring key areas and non-key areas;obtaining changing areas;obtaining regional attention;the importance of obtaining location;obtaining trend sequence;obtaining the pixel value to be changed,updating sequence,coding compression,and completing the coding compression of surveillance video.A solution is provided for encoding and compressing pipeline monitoring videos.
