摘　　要：专业动态调整是地方高校主动适应国家战略和区域社会经济发展需要的必然选择。基于时代要求和地方高校特色,厘清面向专业动态调整目标的专业评估逻辑框架,以满足社会需要、学科专业匹配、专业建设高质量为原则,建立了9个一级指标和25个二级指标。设立了对应的可测量观测点,基于专家调查法与层次分析法的结合运用,系统设置了指标权重。构建了地方高校专业动态调整指标体系,为地方高校开展专业动态调整提供新方法,从而促进地方高校专业动态调整实践创新。The dynamic adjustment of majors is an inevitable choice for local universities to actively adapt to the national strategy and the needs of regional social and economic development.Based on the requirements of the times and the unique features of local universities,this study clarifies the logical framework of major evaluation for targeted dynamic adjustment,adhering to the principles of meeting social needs,matching disciplines and majors,and ensuring high-quality major construction.It establishes 9 first-level indicators and 25 second-level indicators,and sets up corresponding measurable observation points.By combining expert survey method and analytic hierarchy process,it systematically sets the weight of indicators.It constructs an index system for the dynamic adjustment of majors in local universities.It provides a new method for local universities to carry out the dynamic adjustment of majors and promote innovative practice in the dynamic adjustment of majors.
