核心素养背景下“生物化学”教学改革的探索——以《蛋白质的结构与功能》教学为例

摘　　要：围绕落实立德树人根本任务,深化教育综合改革,生物科学师范类学生毕业时应具备中学生物教师的基本教学能力和核心素养。在《义务教育生物学课程标准(2022年版)》中明确指出,生物学课程的核心素养是生命观念、科学思维、探究实践、态度责任。在教学中要以学科素养为主,将学会反思和学会育人贯穿其中,在“生物化学”课程教学中要融入生物学科的核心素养,以“蛋白质的结构与功能”教学为例,进行了生物化学课程教学改革的探索。Under the background of comprehensive education reform around the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents,biological science students should possess the basic teaching abilities and core competencies of middle school biology teachers when they graduate.The 2022 version of the Compulsory Education Biology Curriculum Standards points out that the core competencies of biology are “life concept,scientific thinking,exploratory practice,attitude and responsibility”.In teaching,subject competencies should be the main focus,and the cultivation of the ability to reflect and educate students should be integrated into it.In the teaching of biochemistry courses,the core competencies of biology should be integrated.This article takes the teaching of “Structure and Function of Proteins” as an example to explore the reform of biochemistry course teaching.
