摘　　要：“岗课赛证+思政融通”是创新的教学模式改革实践,该模式旨在整合思想政治教育和专业技能教学,重点通过与岗位技能相关的课程及各类竞赛和认证培训来逐步提升学生的综合能力。首先讨论了这种教学模式改革的重要性,其次深入分析了当前该模式的研究进展,最后提出了教学模式改革的具体实施方案,包括思政课程与专业课程的有效结合以及利用赛事和证书系统增强学生的实践技能。通过实践为当前和未来的教育改革提供有益的参考和借鉴,特别是在高等职业教育领域中实现思政教育与专业教育的深度融合。This paper focuses on the innovative teaching mode reform practice of “post-course-competitioncertificate + Ideological and political integration”,which aims to integrate ideological and political education and professional skill teaching,and gradually improve students' comprehensive ability through post skill related courses and various competitions and certification training.This paper first discusses the importance of the reform of this teaching mode,then deeply analyzes the current research progress of this mode,and finally puts forward the concrete implementation plan of the reform of teaching mode,including the effective combination of ideological and political courses with professional courses and the use of competitions and certificates to enhance students' practical skills.The purpose of this paper is to provide useful reference for current and future education reform,especially in the field of higher vocational education to realize the deep integration of ideological and political education and professional education.
