摘 要:地下工程施工技术中地下连续墙施工技术作为挡土、防渗、基坑围护及高层建筑永久性主体结构承重墙等建筑基坑围护主体被广泛应用。现采用的槽板式和抓斗式成槽的地下连续墙,解决了临近铁路公路、地下障碍、地下老基础、原有临近建筑基坑围护等限制与影响,对原有的施工工艺提出了改进及创新。但是在很多基坑围护工程中,为达到防渗要求或满足悬臂支撑插入比要求,地下连续墙往往需要伸入基岩,这对抓斗机成槽或冲击钻成槽带来许多困扰,如施工进度慢、成槽质量差、孔斜纠偏难、钻头磨损严重等问题。通过空气潜孔锤造孔成槽技术应用以及本文总结,希望对基岩成槽提供帮助。The construction technology of underground continuous walls in underground engineering is widely used as the main body of building foundation pit enclosure,such as retaining soil,anti-seepage,foundation pit enclosure,and load-bearing walls for permanent main structures of high-rise buildings.The current use of trough plate and grab bucket type underground continuous walls solves the limitations and impacts of proximity to railways and highways,underground obstacles,old underground foundations,and existing adjacent building foundation pit enclosures,and proposes improvements and innovations to the original construction technology.However,in many foundation pit enclosure projects,in order to meet the requirements of anti-seepage or cantilever support insertion ratio,underground continuous walls often need to be extended into the bedrock,which brings many problems to the slotting of grab bucket machines or impact drills,such as slow construction progress,poor slotting quality,difficult correction of hole inclination,and severe wear of drill bits.Through the application of air down-the-hole hammer drilling and trenching technology and the summary of this article,we hope to provide assistance for bedrock trenching.
