摘 要:本文针对露天铝土矿挂帮矿体开采中存在的效率低、损失贫化率高及安全性差等问题,基于地质特征分析和经济合理性评估,提出采用浅孔留矿法作为开采方法。通过精确估算矿体地质储量、优化顶板清理与数据采集流程、强化矿石质量检验等措施,提升矿石回收率和质量稳定性。同时,加强采场安全生产管理,制定详细的穿孔、采装、运输等环节的安全规范。研究结果表明,采用浅孔留矿法结合优化措施后,显著提高了开采效率和安全性,降低了损失贫化率,为类似矿体的高效、环保、安全开采提供了技术借鉴。This article aims to address the problems of low efficiency,high loss and impoverishment rate,and poor safety in open-pit bauxite hanging ore body mining.Based on geological feature analysis and economic rationality evaluation,the shallow hole retention method is proposed as the mining method.By accurately estimating the geological reserves of the ore body,optimizing the process of roof cleaning and data collection,and strengthening the quality inspection of the ore,the recovery rate and quality stability of the ore can be improved.At the same time,strengthen the safety production management of the mining site,and formulate detailed safety regulations for perforation,mining,transportation and other links.The research results indicate that the use of shallow hole retention method combined with optimization measures significantly improves mining efficiency and safety,reduces loss and impoverishment rate,and provides technical reference for efficient,environmentally friendly,and safe mining of similar ore bodies.
