摘　　要：总结上海嘉定某新建厂房桩基静载检测,探讨了静载检测中停止加载的时机对于判断检测结果的重要性、勘察数据从理论上帮助分析静载检测结果的有效性、本项目地区土层时间效应对桩基承载力的影响这几个技术要点并以实例证明。Summarizing the static load testing of pile foundation in a newly built factory building in Jiading,Shanghai,this paper explores the importance of the timing of stopping loading in determining the testing results,the theoretical assistance of survey data in analyzing the effectiveness of static load testing results,and the impact of soil layer time effect on the bearing capacity of pile foundation in this project area,and proves the technical points with examples.
