摘　　要：建筑工程近年来施工技术不断创新,为工程施工质量提供了有效保障,突破了技术难题,提高了施工技术的适应性,可以满足不同区域、不同条件的工程施工需求。现场施工管理对工程效益以及施工效果有着重要影响,企业要关注管理问题,持续优化现场管理体系。基于此,本文对建筑工程施工常用技术进行了分析,提出了现场施工管理策略和保障体系,以期为施工活动提供参考。In recent years,construction technology has continuously innovated,providing effective guarantees for construction quality,breaking through technical difficulties,improving the adaptability of construction technology,and meeting the construction needs of different regions and conditions.On-site construction management has a significant impact on project efficiency and construction effectiveness.Enterprises should pay attention to management issues and continuously optimize the on-site management system.Based on this,this article analyzes the commonly used techniques in construction engineering,proposes on-site construction management strategies and guarantee systems,in order to provide reference for construction activities.
