摘  要:现有的混凝土桥面铺装一般是半幅分成多条浇筑,然后通过振捣将其进行密实,最后进行拉毛处理,此种传统的施工方法施工周期较长,且对于成型后的施工质量无法进行保障。基于此,本文以云南临清高速为例,提出一种自适应悬轨式四辊轴混凝土摊铺整平振动梁桥面施工工法,该方法通过定制混凝土整平机后,能够有效地防止混凝土表面龟裂。为高速公路混凝土桥面铺装施工创新技术,推动了公路混凝土桥面铺装的技术进步。The existing concrete bridge deck pavement is generally divided into multiple sections and poured in half,then compacted by vibration,and finally roughened.This traditional construction method has a long construction period and cannot guarantee the construction quality after forming.Based on this,this article takes the Linqing Expressway in Yunnan Province as an example and proposes an adaptive suspended rail four roller shaft concrete paving and leveling vibration beam bridge surface construction method.This method can effectively prevent concrete surface cracking by customizing a concrete leveling machine.This is an innovative technology for the construction of highway concrete bridge deck pavement,which has promoted the technological progress of highway concrete bridge deck pavement.
