摘　　要：精益生产,起源于20世纪50年代末的丰田生产体系,是制造业中一种高效且普遍应用的管理模式,其核心在于通过缩减闲置时间、消除浪费及降低库存,以增强企业的市场竞争力。本研究运用精益生产理论,以X制造业企业为实证案例,深入分析了该企业精益生产试点的实施。通过全面评估生产周期、产品质量、成本控制及设备效率等关键指标,本研究揭示了现存问题,并提出了相应的改进策略。此案例不仅展示了X企业从传统模式向精益生产的成功转变,还提供了一套全面且实用的解决方案,为精益生产在更广泛企业中的应用提供了有价值的参考。Lean production,originating from the Toyota Production System in the late 1950s,is an efficient and widely used management model in the manufacturing industry.Its core is to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises by reducing idle time,eliminating waste,and reducing inventory.This study applies lean production theory and takes X manufacturing enterprise as an empirical case to deeply analyze the implementation of lean production pilot in the enterprise.By comprehensively evaluating key indicators such as production cycle,product quality,cost control,and equipment efficiency,this study reveals existing problems and proposes corresponding improvement strategies.This case not only demonstrates the successful transformation of X enterprise from traditional mode to lean production,but also provides a comprehensive and practical solution,which provides valuable reference for the application of lean production in a wider range of enterprises.
