摘　　要：随着数字化转型的推进,装修行业对数据资产的管理和共享需求日益增长。IFC(Industry Foundation Classes)作为一种国际通用的数据交换标准,基于该标准生成的IFC格式文件已经成为一种广泛认可的数据交换格式,这为装修数据资产的共享提供了可能。我国结合IFC的国际通用数据交换标准发布了适用于我国国情的建筑信息模型存储标准,为建设过程全生命周期数据交换提供了依据。本研究旨在将装修项目中的关键数据资产,包括客户数据、设计数据、施工数据、供应链数据和监管数据,合并转换为符合IFC标准的文件,以实现数据的有效交换和共享。基于IFC的装修数据资产的标准化和数字化转换能够为项目的后期运营和维护、交底提供了宝贵的信息资源,为实现建筑和装修行业的可持续发展提供了支持。With the advancement of digital transformation,there is a growing demand for the management and sharing of data assets in the decoration industry.IFC(Industry Foundation Classes),as an international common data exchange standard,and the IFC format files generated based on the standard have become a widely recognized data exchange format,which provides the possibility of sharing decoration data assets.China has issued a building information model storage standard applicable to our national conditions in combination with the IFC's international common data exchange standard,which provides a basis for the exchange of data during the whole life cycle of the construction process.This study aims to merge and convert key data assets in renovation projects,including customer data,design data,construction data,supply chain data,and regulatory data,into IFC-compliant files in renovation projects to achieve effective data exchange and sharing.The standardization and digital conversion of renovation data assets based on IFC can provide valuable information resources for the later operation and maintenance of the project and the delivery of the project,which supports the realization of sustainable development of the construction and renovation industry.
