摘 要:本文深入研究了高支模体系中盘扣式支架的先进应用与技术创新,以均和云谷·南安高新科技港项目为实例,探讨了盘扣式支架在高大模板施工中的选型、设计、搭设技术、承载强度分析及安全质量控制等方面的内容。通过精准选型盘扣式支架系统,实现了模板支撑结构的稳固可靠与施工安全的双重保障。同时,本文详细阐述了支架搭设过程中的关键技术措施,包括支架方案设计、支架搭设技术、施工技术要点及安全与质量控制等,并通过承载验算验证了支架设计的科学性与合理性。研究成果为类似高大模板工程施工提供了宝贵的技术经验与解决方案。This article deeply studies the advanced application and technological innovation of plate buckle supports in high formwork systems.Taking the Junhe Yungu Nan'an High-tech Port project as an example,it explores the selection,design,installation technology,bearing strength analysis,and safety quality control of plate buckle supports in the construction of high formwork.By accurately selecting the buckle type bracket system,the stability and reliability of the formwork support structure have been ensured,as well as the dual guarantee of construction safety.At the same time,this article elaborates on the key technical measures in the process of bracket installation,including bracket scheme design,bracket installation technology,construction technology points,safety and quality control,etc.,and verifies the scientificity and rationality of bracket design through bearing verification.The research results provide valuable technical experience and solutions for the construction of similar tall formwork projects.
