摘 要:地铁工程为各地区重点建设项目,均具有较大的社会关注度及影响力,尤其是地下车站混凝土结构更是施工的重点。按照住建部危大工程相关文件要求,一般各明挖车站项目均需进行模架体系设计、专项方案编制及专家论证,为保证施工整个过程的安全顺利,各项目普遍设计保守,甚至完全依靠作业队伍或架体租赁单位的施工经验进行专项方案的编制和论证,因此制约性较大,周转材料投入大,经济性差。本文结合在施项目,应用权威的安全计算软件,对地铁明挖车站主体施工模架体系进行设计验算,保证施工安全、不影响成型结构的前提下,最大限度减少周转材料投入,节约施工成本。Subway works are key construction projects in various regions,with significant social attention and influence,especially the concrete structure of underground stations,which is the focus of construction.According to the relevant documents of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development on hazardous engineering,generally all open cut station projects require the design of the formwork system,the preparation of special plans,and expert verification.In order to ensure the safety and smoothness of the entire construction process,the design of each project is generally conservative,and even relies entirely on the construction experience of the operation team or the framework leasing unit for the preparation and verification of special plans.Therefore,there are significant constraints,large investment in turnover materials,and poor economic efficiency.This article combines the construction project and applies authoritative safety calculation software to design and verify the construction formwork system of the main body of the subway open cut station,ensuring construction safety and not affecting the formed structure,while minimizing the input of turnover materials and saving construction costs.
