摘 要:高速公路沥青路面施工涉及混合料选取、拌制、摊铺、压实及成型等执行流程,各施工环节的沥青混合料配合比、生产配合比及其成型状况,是决定路面施工质量的关键因素。基于现代工程管理的标准化、专业化、信息化、精细化要求,根据国家出台的《公路沥青路面施工技术规范(JTG-F40-2017)》施工标准,对高速公路路面施工的沥青混合料配比作出选定控制,以及对路面底基层、基层、面层的分层施工流程作出质量管理,加强成型路面压实度、平整度的施工质量控制,以尽可能实现公路沥青路面施工的内实外美。The construction of asphalt pavement on highways involves the execution process of mixture selection,mixing,paving,compaction,and forming.The asphalt mixture mix ratio,production mix ratio,and forming condition of each construction link are the key factors determining the quality of pavement construction.Based on the requirements of standardization,specialization,informatization,and refinement in modern engineering management,and in accordance with the construction standards of the national"Technical Specification for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavement(JTG-F40-2017)",the asphalt mixture ratio for highway pavement construction is selected and controlled,and the quality management of the layered construction process of the subgrade,base,and surface layers of the pavement is carried out.The construction quality control of the compaction and flatness of the formed pavement is strengthened to achieve the inner and outer beauty of highway asphalt pavement construction as much as possible.
