摘 要:市政热力管道属于城市供热系统当中的一个重要组成内容,负责将中央供热站生产的热量输送至一系列供热用户,所以其施工建设质量的好坏能够对人们的生产生活产生非常大的影响。为提高市政热力管道建设水平,文章先是对市政热力管道建设的基本原则做出了简要介绍,然后从安全设计、管道和建筑物距离设计以及管道布局设计等方面对市政热力管道设计展开了分析,并且站在准备工作、测量放线、管槽开挖以及管道安装等多个角度探讨了具体施工技术,最后提出了施工质量管控措施,以此助推市政热力管道建设活动不断向好发展。Municipal heating pipelines are an important component of urban heating systems,responsible for transporting the heat produced by central heating stations to a series of heating users.Therefore,the quality of their construction can have a significant impact on people's production and life.In order to improve the level of municipal heat pipeline construction,the article first briefly introduces the basic principles of municipal heat pipeline construction,and then analyzes the design of municipal heat pipelines from the aspects of safety design,distance design between pipelines and buildings,and pipeline layout design.Specific construction techniques are discussed from multiple perspectives such as preparation work,measurement and laying out,pipe trench excavation,and pipeline installation.Finally,construction quality control measures are proposed to promote the continuous development of municipal heat pipeline construction activities.
