摘　　要：目的采用文献计量学的方法分析2005-2022年腰椎管狭窄症的研究热点和研究结果,为后续相关研究提供参考。方法Web of Science数据库中采集数据,包括2005-2022年发表的所有学术文献。文献采用关键词[TS=(lumbar canal stenosis)]AND TS=(treatment)进行筛选收集。可视化分析分别使用CiteSpace和VOSviever软件,从文献的作者、所属国家、关键词等方面进行评估。结果从Web of Science数据库中收集到646篇文献,通过筛选最终纳入研究的文献有375篇。本研究所用的375篇文献来自18个国家,99个机构的246名作者发表在78篇期刊上。引用了来自1314期刊的6583篇引用文献。本研究列出了每年文献发表量、国家分布、发文量前5的作者名字、发文量最多的期刊和被引的前5篇文章。结论腰椎管狭窄症治疗领域的发展起步较晚。论文数量相对较少。研究方向主要集中在外科手术领域。而我国的文献缺乏国际影响力,期待未来能发表高质量的文章,对该领域的发展作出贡献。Objective The main purpose of this study is to analyze the current research hotspots and findings of lumbar spinal stenosis by bibliometrics,and to provide a reliable reference for related studies.Methods Data for the study was collected from the Web of Science database and included all academic literature published between 2000 and 2022.lumbar literature was screened AND collected using keywords[TS=(lumar canal stenosis)]AND TS=(treatment).In addition,CiteSpace and VOSviever software were used for visual analysis,and literature was evaluated from author,country,keywords and other aspects.Results 646 literatures were collected from the Web of Science database,and 375 were finally included in the study after screening.The 375 articles used in this study were published in 78 journals with 246 authors from 99 institutions in 18 countries.A total of 6,583 citations from 1314 journals were cited.This study lists the number of publications per year,the distribution of countries,the names of the top 5 authors,the journals with the most publications and the top 5 cited articles.Conclusion This study suggests that the field of treatment for lumbar spinal stenosis is developing late.The number of papers is relatively small.The research direction is mainly in the field of surgery.However,our literature lacks international influence,and we expect to publish high-quality articles in the future to make contributions to the development of this field.
