摘　　要：大多数骶管囊肿无明显临床症状,但部分骶管囊肿患者可产生下肢疼痛、麻木、乏力、大小便及性功能障碍等症状,称为症状性骶管囊肿。症状性骶管囊肿严重降低了患者的生活质量,逐渐受到重视。关于骶管囊肿的病因病机,目前尚未达成一致观点。误诊及漏诊临床上时有发生,临床表现联合影像学检查可以明确诊断。症状性骶管囊肿的治疗以手术为主,为最大程度的改善患者症状、降低囊肿复发和相关并发症的发生率,手术方式和技术在不断革新。随着微创技术向小型化、闭合化方向不断演进,显微手术、全内窥镜手术逐渐成为热点,为症状性骶管囊肿提供新的治疗思路。Most sacral Tarlov cysts are asymptomatic;however,some patients may experience symptoms such as lower limb pain,numbness,weakness,and dysfunction in urination,defecation,or sexual performance,which are referred to as symptomatic sacral Tarlov cysts.These cysts significantly impair patients′quality of life and have garnered increasing attention.The etiology and pathogenesis of sacral Tarlov cysts remain unclear,and misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis occasionally occurs in clinical practice.A combination of clinical manifestations and imaging examinations can lead to a definitive diagnosis.Surgical intervention is the primary treatment for symptomatic sacral Tarlov cysts.To maximize symptom relief,reduce cyst recurrence,and minimize complications,surgical techniques and approaches are continuously evolving.With the ongoing advancement of minimally invasive technologies toward miniaturization and closed systems,microsurgery and full-endoscopic surgery have emerged as promising approaches,offering new perspectives for the treatment of symptomatic sacral Tarlov cysts.
