摘  要:肩袖损伤是一种常见的上肢肌肉骨骼疾病,可导致持续性疼痛和功能障碍。肩袖修补术是治疗肩袖撕裂的常用方式,尽管手术的临床结果令人满意,能有效缓解疼痛,改善肩关节活动度,但肩袖的修复仍然存在较多问题,修补术后依旧有很高地再撕裂率,主要原因是腱-骨界面的愈合差,未能形成正常组织结构反而形成瘢痕化,因腱-骨界面的组织学改变导致肩袖撕裂修复后的生物力学性能下降,容易再次发生撕裂。因此,如何高效地促进腱-骨界面在肩袖损伤后的修复,是目前亟待解决的问题。如今,随着对腱-骨愈合的进一步研究,在改善肩袖撕裂腱-骨愈合方面越来越多不同的治疗方式涌现,并取得了有效的进展。本文将从不同的治疗方式阐述近些年来关于肩袖腱-骨愈合的研究进展,希望可以为肩袖撕裂的相关临床治疗提供借鉴。Rotator cuff injury is a common musculoskeletal disorder of the upper extremity that can lead to persistent pain and dysfunction.Rotator cuff repair is a commonly used treatment for rotator cuff tears.Although the clinical results of the surgery are satisfactory,effectively relieving pain and improving shoulder mobility,there are still many problems with rotator cuff repair,and there is still a high re-tear rate after repair,mainly because of the poor healing of the tendon bone interface,which fails to form a normal tissue structure and instead results in scarring,and the biomechanical performance is reduced after repair due to the altered histology of the tendon-bone interface.The biomechanical properties of the repaired rotator cuff are reduced,which makes it easy to re-tear.Therefore,how to efficiently promote the repair of the tendon-bone interface after rotator cuff injury is an urgent problem.Nowadays,with further research on tendon-bone healing,more and more different therapeutic modalities have emerged and made effective progress in improving tendon-bone healing of rotator cuff tears.In this paper,we will elaborate the research progress on rotator cuff tendon-bone healing in recent years from different treatment modalities in the hope that it can provide a reference for the clinical treatment related to rotator cuff tear.
