摘　　要：当归补血汤由黄芪、当归两味药物组成,中医认为有治疗劳损、内伤、气血两虚的功效。现代医学认为当归补血汤具有促进造血、调节免疫的功能。隐性失血和感染是髋、膝人工关节置换术后比较严重的并发症,当归补血汤可以减少术后的隐性失血和减轻炎症反应。Danggui Buxue decoction is composed of Radix Astragali and Angelica sinensis,which is considered to have the effect of treating strain,internal injury and deficiency of qi and blood.Modern medicine believes that Danggui Buxue decoction has the function of promoting hematopoiesis and regulating immunity.Occult blood loss and infection are serious complications after hip and knee arthroplasty.Danggui Buxue decoction can reduce occult blood loss and inflammation after operation.
