摘  要:腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)是临床常见的一种脊柱疾病,如何通过非手术治疗达到临床预期的效果,这一直是医学领域的研究热点。临床上发现部分患者通过腰椎间盘突出重吸收的发生而缓解了症状。细胞自噬与凋亡作为两种重要的细胞死亡方式,在腰椎间盘突出重吸收的研究中有着重要意义。本文综述了细胞自噬和凋亡在腰椎间盘突出重吸收中的作用,并探讨了二者的相互作用,以及在未来潜在的应用价值,希望为未来寻求新的治疗策略提供部分理论依据。Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common clinical spinal disease,and it has been a hot research topic in the medical field how to achieve the clinically expected results through non-surgical treatment.Clinical relief in some patients through the occurrence of resorption of lumbar disc herniation.Cell autophagy and apoptosis,as two important modes of cell death,are of great significance in the study of resorption of lumbar disc herniation.In this paper,the roles of cell autophagy and apoptosis in the resorption of lumbar disc herniation are reviewed,and the interactions between the two are discussed,as well as their potential application value in the future,hoping to provide a partial theoretical basis for the search of new therapeutic strategies in the future.
