摘　　要：椎间盘源性腰痛属于慢性顽固性疼痛,其发病机制尚未明确,长期困扰患者的身心健康。目前对椎间盘源性腰痛提出的病因学说多围绕于压力刺激、神经因素以及化学因子等方面,其中神经肽作为一类传递生物信息的活性肽,是引起椎间盘源性腰痛的重要病理因素。本文就神经肽作用于椎间盘源性腰痛的相关机制进行综述,以期为治疗椎间盘源性腰痛提供新靶点。Discogenic low back pain is chronic intractable pain,and its pathogenesis is not clear,which has long-term trouble to people’s physical and mental health.At present,the etiology of discogenic low back pain is mainly focused on pressure stimulation,nerve factors and chemical factors.Neuropeptides,as a kind of active peptide that transmits biological information,are important pathological factors causing discogenic low back pain.This article reviews the related mechanisms of neuropeptides on discogenic low back pain,in order to provide new targets for the treatment of discogenic low back pain.
