摘 要:医用聚醚砜(PES)膜因其优异的机械强度、耐化学性和生物相容性,广泛应用于血液透析、药物过滤等领域。然而,不同应用对膜的结构、孔径和性能有着不同的要求,因此需要采用不同的相分离法来制备特定用途的PES膜。本文综述了几种主要的相分离方法,包括非溶剂致相分离法、蒸汽诱导相分离法及逆向热致相分离法,并对其制备的膜结构、渗透通量及性能进行了系统比较。此外,本文还关注了适用于医用PES膜的亲水性和生物相容性改性方法,涵盖了本体改性和表面改性两种主要策略,评估了它们在实际医用膜领域中的应用可行性及优缺点。Medical polyethersulfone(PES)membranes,due to their excellent mechanical strength,chemical resistance,and biocompatibility,are widely used in fields such as hemodialysis and drug filtration.However,different applications require membranes with different structures,pore sizes,and performance characteristics.Therefore,multiple phase separation methods are needed to fabricate PES membranes tailored for specific uses.This paper reviews several major phase separation methods,including non-solvent induced phase separation(NIPS),vapor induced phase separation(VIPS),and reverse thermally induced phase separation(RTIPS),and systematically compares the membrane structures,permeation fluxes,and performances produced by these methods.In addition,this paper focuses on hydrophilic and biocompatibility modification methods for medical PES membranes,covering two main strategies:bulk modification and surface modification.The feasibility and advantages and disadvantages of these methods in practical medical membrane applications are also evaluated.
