摘 要:铜电解液净化工序中滤液含铜是指蒸发浓缩液冷却结晶后固液分离所得后液含Cu^(2+)浓度,在循环法脱除As、Sb、Bi等杂质元素工序中滤液含Cu^(2+)浓度对除杂效率至关重要。本文主要介绍了江西铜业股份有限公司贵溪冶炼厂阴极铜生产采用循环法除杂净化工艺,滤液含铜影响因素有蒸发比重低、硫酸铜结晶率低和带式过滤机过滤效果差三个。针对影响滤液含铜的因素采取一系列降低滤液含铜的生产实践措施并取得显著效果,滤液含铜下降27.4%,黑铜泥中杂质As、Sb、Bi分别提高5.22%、0.16%、0.25%,粗硫酸铜产量日均提高10.6%以上。The purifi cation process in the copper electrolyte involves fi ltering the solution which contains copper;this refers to the concentration of Cu^(2+)in the liquid obtained after separating the solid and liquid from the evaporated and concentrated solution that has been cooled and crystallized.The concentration of Cu^(2+)in the fi ltrate is crucial for the effi ciency of the process that removes impurity elements such as As,Sb,Bi,etc.,through the circular method.This article mainly introduces the purification process that employs the circular method to remove impurities in the production of cathode copper at the Guixi Smelter of Jiangxi Copper Corporation.Factors affecting the copper content in the fi ltrate include low evaporation density,low crystallization rate of copper sulfate,and poor fi ltration performance of belt fi lters.A series of production practice measures aimed at reducing the copper content in the fi ltrate were implemented,resulting in signifi cant outcomes.The copper content in the fi ltrate decreased by 27.4%,and the impurity content of As,Sb,and Bi in the black copper mud increased by 5.22%,0.16%,and 0.25%,respectively.Additionally,the production of crude copper sulfate increased by more than 10.6%.
