摘 要:针对煤化工低压灰水提出了一种“加药反应+浸没式膜过滤+辅助脱氨”技术,以期实现高效除硬及协同脱氨。试验以国能新疆化工有限公司的低压灰水为例,并采用中试规模装置进行验证。研究结果显示,药剂1和药剂2均可有效与阻垢分散剂结合,促使碳酸钙析出从而提高硬度去除效果,且不会造成严重的膜污染现象,可确保膜组件的长期稳定运行。处理过程中同时显示出较好的协同脱氨效果,且氨脱除过程主要发生于脱氨装置。通过中试装置论证了工艺的有效性及稳定性,可有效解决灰水输送管道严重结垢及污水处理系统负荷高的问题。A new technology,consisted of chemical reaction,submerged membrane filtration and assisted deamination,was proposed to remove hardness and ammonia collaboratively.The experiments were conducted by choosing coal gasification ash water,from Guoneng Xinjiang Chemical Co.,Ltd.,as an example in a pilot-scale device.The results indicated that both two agents could effectively combine with scale inhibitor,leading to the enhancement of hardness removal.Moreover,severe membrane fouling phenomenon could be avoided via two agents,which was benefi cial for the long-term stable operation of membrane components.Excellent collaborative ammonia removal effect,mainly occurred in assisted deamination device,was demonstrated during the treatment process.The effectiveness and stability of proposed technology was demonstrated via a pilot-scale device,which may avoid pipeline scaling and high operation loading of wastewater treatment system.
