摘　　要：火电厂石膏,特别是脱硫石膏,是燃煤电厂烟气脱硫过程中的副产品。这种石膏的品质直接影响到其综合利用的效果,进而影响到环保和经济效益。脱硫石膏的品质提升,意味着其可以作为水泥缓凝剂直接运送至水泥厂使用,,或者被加工成建筑石膏粉,其经济价值得到重视和利用。这不仅增加了石膏的附加值,还为火电厂带来额外的收入来源。同时,提升脱硫石膏的品质也是环保的重要举措。脱硫石膏中含有高浓度的二氧化硫和氧化物,如果不得到适当的处理和处置,会对环境和人类健康造成危害。通过提升品质,可以减少这些有害物质对环境的污染,保护水体和土壤,减少对生态系统的破坏。此外,高品质的脱硫石膏还可以用于建筑材料等领域,进一步拓宽其应用范围,实现资源的最大化利用。因此,通过有效控制和提高脱硫石膏品质,不仅可以实现经济与环保的双赢,还能推动石膏行业的高质量发展,为构建绿色、低碳、循环型社会作出贡献。Gypsum in thermal power plants,especially desulfurization gypsum,is a by-product in the flue gas desulfurization process of coal-fired power plants.The quality of this gypsum directly affects the effect of its comprehensive utilization,and then affects environmental protection and economic benefi ts.The improved quality of desulfurized gypsum means that it can be used as a cement retarder directly transported to cement plants,or processed into construction gypsum powder,and its economic value is valued and utilized.This not only increases the added value of gypsum,but also brings an additional source of income for thermal power plants.At the same time,improving the quality of desulfurization gypsum is also an important measure for environmental protection.FGD gypsum contains high concentrations of sulfur dioxide and oxides,which can be harmful to the environment and human health if not properly treated and disposed of.By improving the quality,we can reduce the pollution of these harmful substances to the environment,protect the water and soil,and reduce the damage to the ecosystem.In addition,high-quality desulfurization gypsum can also be used in building materials and other fi elds to further broaden its application range and maximize the use of resources.Therefore,by effectively controlling and improving the quality of desulfurized gypsum,it can not only achieve a win-win situation of economy and environmental protection,but also promote the high-quality development of the gypsum industry and contribute to the construction of a green,low-carbon and recycling-oriented society.
