摘  要:湖南凤凰花垣地区含有大量低品位难选碳酸锰矿资源,因品位低、杂质高等特点难以长期开发利用。通过分析凤凰花垣地区低品位难选碳酸锰矿石详细的化学组成和矿物组成,研制开发新型高效的碳酸锰矿浮选药剂,探讨碳酸锰矿的浮选工艺参数以及选矿工艺,为凤凰花垣地区企业开发利用低品位碳酸锰矿提供了切实可靠的技术支撑。Hunan Fenghua-Huayuan has abundant manganese carbonate ore resources,but most of the resources are classified as low-grade poor manganese carbonate ores with complicated composition and finely disseminated grain manganese carbonate ores.It is diffi cult to be benefi ciated.This paper analyzes the detailed chemical composition and mineral composition of low-grade poor manganese carbonate ores in the district of Fenghua-Huayuan,and develops a new and effi cient fl otation agent for manganese carbonate ores,discusses the fl otation process parameters and benefi ciation process of manganese carbonate ores,develops for enterprises in the district of Fenghua-Huayuan.The reliable technical support was provided by this research.
