摘 要:研究采用乳化聚合法制备了一系列精细化工功能助剂,通过正交试验优化了制备工艺参数。利用红外光谱、热重分析等方法表征了产品结构,考察不同助剂对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,所制备的功能助剂能显著改善涂料的流平性、耐候性和附着力,在水性涂料中表现出优异的增稠和分散效果。A series of fi ne chemical functional auxiliaries were prepared by emulsion polymerization method.The process parameters were optimized by orthogonal test.The product structure was characterized by infrared spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis,and the effects of different additives on the coating properties were investigated.The results show that the prepared functional auxiliaries can signifi cantly improve the leveling property,weather resistance and adhesion of the coatings,and exhibit excellent thickening and dispersion effects in water-based coatings.
