摘  要:某海上井口平台通过临时管线对部分低产低效井实施气举生产,效果良好。但临时气举管线在工艺流程、安全环保等方面存在一定缺陷。为了克服这些缺陷,并对传统固定式气举管线加以改进,创新地设计了一种撬块化的气举管汇(气举撬),进行气举生产。预计该气举撬投产三年内新增天然气产量0.405亿m^(3)和原油产量2.41万m^(3),具有较好的经济效益。且该气举撬具有空间利用率高、零消耗零损耗、可重复利用等优点,相较于传统气举固定式管线优势明显,值得在各平台间推广应用。An offshore WHPA implemented gas lift production on some low effi ciency wells through temporary pipelines and achieved good effects.However,temporary gas lift pipelines have certain defects in terms of process flow,safety and environmental protection.To address these deficiencies and improve traditional fixed gas lift pipelines,We have innovatively designed a gas lift module for production.After being put into use,it is expected to increase natural gas production by 40.5 million cubic meters and Crude oil production of 24100 cubic meters within three years and its economic effi ciency is very good.This gas lift module has the advantages of high space utilization,zero consumption and loss,it has significant advantages compared to traditional gas lift fi xed pipelines,It is worth promoting and applying between platforms.
