摘  要:条形催化剂的条长分布对催化剂使用过程中的稳定性和活性有较大影响。当前生产过程中需要人工方式定时测量条形催化剂的长度,统计长度分布。人工测量催化剂样品存在系统效率低、误差大的问题。针对该问题提出一种基于数字图像处理算法的条形催化剂检测方法,利用数字图像处理算法对采集的样本图片进行长度检测处理,自动检测出条形催化剂样本长度和条长分布。测试结果表明,基于数字图像处理算法的催化剂检测方法精度高,速度快,可以极大地提高催化剂条长测量效率和准确性。The strip length distribution of extruded catalyst has a great infl uence on the stability and activity of the catalyst.In the current production process,the length of extruded catalyst needs to be measured manually and regularly to count the length distribution.Manual measurement of catalyst samples has the problems of low system effi ciency and large error.Aiming at this problem,this paper proposes an automatic measurement and statistics method of strip catalyst based on digital image detection algorithm.This method uses digital image processing algorithm to detect the length of the collected sample images,and automatically calculate the sample length and strip length distribution of strip catalyst.The test results show that the catalyst length statistics method based on image algorithm has high precision and speed,and can greatly improve the effi ciency and accuracy of catalyst regularity measurement.
