摘  要:三元粉中含有少量的铝杂质,在加浓硫酸酸浸的过程中,反应温度难以控制,容易导致冒槽。针对上述问题进行工艺改造,拟采用石墨改性聚丙烯列管式换热器,对稀释的浓硫酸进行降温处理,降温后的稀硫酸再通过泵输送进酸浸搅拌槽内反应,进而实现平稳的酸浸反应过程。通过设计计算,确定浓硫酸处理量为2 t/h,稀释后的稀硫酸的浓度为10%,降温至一定温度的石墨改性聚丙烯列管式换热器的换热面积为273 m^(2)。将石墨改性聚丙烯列管式换热器应用在三元粉料酸浸工艺改造上,根据现场实际操作的结果,确定10%的稀硫酸调配降温后的温度为39℃,达到了设计的温度要求。The ternary powder contains a small amount of aluminum impurities,and during the process of acid leaching with concentrated sulfuric acid,the reaction temperature is diffi cult to control,which can easily lead to slotting.This article proposes a process modifi cation for the above-mentioned issues,using a graphite modifi ed polypropylene tubular heat exchanger to cool down the diluted concentrated sulfuric acid.The cooled dilute sulfuric acid is then pumped into the acid leaching stirring tank for reaction,achieving a stable acid leaching reaction process.Through design calculations,it is determined that the processing capacity of concentrated sulfuric acid is 2 t/h,the concentration of diluted dilute sulfuric acid is 10%,and the heat exchange area of the graphite modifi ed polypropylene tubular heat exchanger cooled to a certain temperature is 273 m^(2).The graphite modifi ed polypropylene tubular heat exchanger was applied to the modification of the ternary powder acid leaching process.Based on the actual operation results on site,the temperature after 10%dilute sulfuric acid was determined to be 39℃,which met the design temperature requirements.
