摘　　要：为了探讨阀门开闭顺序对鼓风机转换时回流量大小的影响,采用fluent模拟软件对我厂风机入口管路进行模拟实验。实验结果表明:不同的工艺操作会导致回流时间,回流气体总量不同,进而影响鼓风机的转换。This article aims to explore the infl uence of valve opening and closing process sequence on blower conversion.Multiple simulation experiments were conducted on the inlet pipeline of our factory's fan using Fluent simulation software.The experimental results indicate that different process operations can lead to different refl ux times and total amount of refl ux gas,which in turn affects the conversion of the blower.
