摘　　要：校企协同育人是培养高素质应用型人才的有效途径。探讨了高素质应用型人才的内涵,深入研究了校企协同育人模式在高素质应用型人才培养过程中的重要作用。以宜宾学院应用化学专业为例,探索了校企协同育人的实施路径和方法。通过校企合作共培、协同育人,有效地为应用化学专业学生提供更好的教育资源和实践机会,实现理论与实践的深度融合,提升了学生的综合素质和应用能力,培养出具备创新能力和实际操作能力的应用化学专业人才,为化学化工行业高素质应用型人才的培养提供有益参考。School-enterprise collaborative education is an effective way to cultivate high-quality applied talents.This paper discusses the connotation of high-quality applied talents,and deeply studies the important role of schoolenterprise collaborative education model in the process of high-quality applied talents.Taking the applied chemistry specialty of Yibin University as an example,the implementation path and method of school-enterprise collaborative education are explored.Through school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education,it can effectively provide better educational resources and practical opportunities for students majoring in applied chemistry,realize the deep integration of theory and practice,improve students'comprehensive quality and application ability,cultivate applied chemistry professionals with innovative ability and practical operation ability,and provide useful reference for the cultivation of high-quality applied talents in chemical and chemical industry.
