摘　　要：随着化学信息学领域的快速发展和信息技术在教育领域的深度融合,传统化学信息学课程面临教学内容滞后、教学方法单一及实践环节薄弱等问题。为解决这些问题,提出了一系列改革措施,包括整合优化教学资源、构建虚拟实验室与在线学习平台、强化实践教学以及建立持续改进与评估机制等,期望能为高校化学信息学课程改革提供有价值的参考。With the rapid development of the chemoinformatics field and the deep integration of information technology in the education fi eld,some problems have to be faced for the traditional course of chemoinformatics,such as sluggish teaching content,single teaching method and weak practice.In order to solve these problems,a series of reform measures were proposed in this paper,including integrating and optimizing teaching resources,constructing virtual laboratory and online learning platform,strengthening practical teaching,and establishing continuous improvement and evaluation mechanism,etc.,hoping to provide valuable reference for chemoinformatics course reform in universities.
