摘 要:研究采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和热重分析(TGA)技术,对氟化冷却液在-50~150℃温度范围内的相变行为进行系统分析。通过建立数学模型并结合实验数据,量化评估氟化冷却液在不同温度和压力条件下的冷却效率。结果表明,氟化冷却液在-30~120℃范围内表现出优异的相变特性和稳定性,其冷却效率较传统冷却液提高15%~20%,研究为氟化冷却液在高热流密度设备中的应用提供理论依据。In this study,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)were used to systematically analyze the phase transformation behavior of fl uorinated coolant in the temperature range of-50℃to 150℃.By establishing a mathematical model and combining experimental data,the cooling effi ciency of fl uorinated coolant under different temperature and pressure conditions was quantitatively evaluated.The results show that the fl uorinated coolant exhibits excellent phase transformation characteristics and stability in the range of-30℃to 120℃,and its cooling effi ciency is 15%-20%higher than that of the traditional coolant,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of fl uorinated coolant in high heat flux equipment.
