摘 要:通过原子荧光光谱法(AFS)、电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)和测汞仪直接测量法(DMA)同时测定工作场所总汞含量,探讨ICP-MS及DMA替代AFS测定工作场所中汞浓度的可行性。分别使用AFS、ICP-MS和DMA测定非涉汞企业车间空气及牙医诊所空气中的总汞,采用了精密度、加标回收率等确认了三种方法的准确性,并比较了检测结果的差异性。在低浓度下,汞浓度在0.00~10.00μg/L内,AFS检测数据的线性相关系数为0.99955,ICP-MS的线性相关系数是0.999991,电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICPMS)的测定更敏感准确;在高浓度下,汞浓度在0.00~0.15μg/mL范围内,DMA的线性相关系数为0.9999,汞浓度在0.20~4.0μg/mL范围内,线性相关系数为0.9996,测汞仪直接测定法更加简单快捷,ICP-MS及DMA检测范围均比AFS更广。基于AFS灵敏度不高,且容易造成环境污染,在低浓度汞环境下,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)灵敏度更高,且对样品前处理过程中仪器和试剂无影响;在高浓度汞环境下,采用DMA更为快速、准确。测定工作场所中汞,可根据条件选择最为适合的检测方法。To investigate the feasibility of replacing atomic fl uorescence spectrometry(AFS)by ICP-MS and mercury meter method for the determination of mercury in the workplace through the simultaneous determination of total mercury in the workplace by atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS),inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and direct measurement of mercury meter.Atomic fluorescence photometer,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer and fully automated mercury analyzer were used to determine total mercury in workshop air of non-mercury-involved enterprises and in the air of dentist's clinics,respectively.Precision and spiked recoveries were used to confi rm the accuracy of the three methods and to compare the variability of the test results.In low concentration,mercury concentration in the range of 0.00-10.00μg/L,the linear correlation coefficient of AFS data is 0.99955,and the linear correlation coeffi cient of ICP-MS is 0.999991,inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)is more sensitive and accurate;in high concentration,mercury concentration in the range of 0.00-0.15μg/mL,the linear correlation coeffi cient of DMA is 0.9999,and mercury concentration in the range of 0.20-4.0μg/mL is 0.9996,and the direct measurement method of mercury meter is more simple and faster.And the detection range of ICP-MS and DMA was wider than that of atomic fl uorescence spectrometry.Based on the fact that AFS is not sensitive and can easily cause environmental pollution,in low concentration of mercury,the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)is more sensitive and has no infl uence on the instruments and reagents in the pre-treatment of samples;and in high concentration of mercury,the direct determination by mercuric tester is more rapid and accurate.For the determination of mercury in the workplace,the most suitable detection method can be selected according to the conditions.
