摘  要:聚丙烯树脂的灰分在国标法(GB/T 9345.1—2008)中是指聚丙烯树脂产品,在经高温灼烧(850±25)℃后,剩余的残留杂质,主要为主催化剂、活化剂、给电子体、原料丙烯中所含的杂质反应后的残渣,如TiO_(2)、MgO、Al_(2)O_(3)、SiO_(2)等,此外造粒添加剂及系统混入的少量机械杂质也是灰分的来源。该法运用X射线荧光光谱法(简称XRF法)来检测聚丙烯树脂产品的灰分含量,与重量法比较,该法分析速度快、操作简便,能够满足生产过程中快速灰分分析的需要。The ash content of polypropylene resin in the national standard method(GB/T 9345.1-2008)refers to the residual impurities of polypropylene resin products after high-temperature calcination(850±25)℃,mainly the residual residue of impurities contained in the main catalyst,activator,electron donor,and raw material propylene after reaction,such as TiO_(2),MgO,Al_(2)O_(3),SiO_(2),etc.In addition,granulation additives and a small amount of mechanical impurities mixed in the system are also sources of ash content.This method uses X-ray fl uorescence spectroscopy(XRF)to detect the ash content of polypropylene resin products.Compared with the weight method,this method has fast analysis speed,simple operation,and can meet the needs of rapid ash analysis in the production process.
